Missed  Appointments & No Shows

Tanika Torrice, will no longer be using credit cards to secure appointments. Clients are no longer obligated to secure their appointments with their credit card.  If a client doesn't attend their appointment without notifying Tanika Torrice, that client will be blocked and or banned from booking any future appointments with Tanika Torrice. Clients are required to give 24 hours notice before canceling their appointment. 

Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in Tanika Torrice’s schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables Tanika Torrice’s assistant to schedule another client for Tanika Torrice and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.


Arriving Late for an Appointment 

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late you will be subject to a $45 late fee. It will be at Tanika Torrice’s discretion to keep or cancel your scheduled appointment with her if you should arrive more than 30 minutes late.

Early Bird Fee


If a client wishes to book an appointment with Tanika Torrice between the hours of 5AM-7:45AM, Tanika Torrice charges a $65 early bird fee.  The Early Bird time slot (5AM-7:45AM) cannot be booked online, it must be booked directly with Tanika Torrice or her assistant.


Refund Policy:


Tanika Torrice does not issue refunds on hair services, however, should you have any questions or concerns about the hair service you have received at her private beauty studio, please notify her assistant within three days of your service at (212) 381-1778.


Tanika Torrice has a great record of providing exceptional hair extension applications, however, if you are not satisfied with Tanika Torrice’s work performed, please return to her private beauty studio so that your hair can be visually inspected by her. At that time, Tanika Torrice will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction.  Adjustments will be made available to you at no cost (only within the first weeks of the initial service).


Purchased Products:


If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 7 days after sale date and Tanika Torrice or her assistant will be happy to offer an exchange.


 All returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. Also note that we are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on any opened or used goods. Hair extensions purchased from Tanika Torrice are non-refundable.


Hair Services and Gift Certificates:


Refunds are limited to the following situations:


• Services received cannot be refunded.
• No refunds are given for gift certificates orders.
• Refunds can only be processed with receipt.
• No refunds on hair extensions

Cash, Credit Cards, Venmo or Cash App.
